Admiin, a smart admin platform for freelancers and small businesses, partnered with Bizkit Group to improve their invoice and e-signature experience through thoughtful UX and UI design.
As part of their mission to simplify business admin, Admiin wanted to streamline how freelancers and accountants create, sign, and track invoices. They engaged us to reimagine this workflow—making it faster, more intuitive, and seamlessly integrated with payments and accounting tools.
The existing experience for sending invoices and capturing signatures at the same time felt fragmented and unintuitive, especially for busy freelancers.
Admiin users needed a way to generate professional invoices and collect legally binding signatures in a single, unified flow. However, the existing process involved too many steps and lacked clarity around payment status, signature capture, and accounting integration. The challenge was to simplify this process without sacrificing flexibility or compliance—and to make it feel effortless across user types.
We redesigned the invoice and signature flow to be seamless, efficient, and purpose-built for freelancers and accountants.
We started by mapping user journeys and identifying key friction points. From there, we created a simplified UX that combines invoice creation, e-signature, and payment tracking into a single cohesive experience. Our UI design brought clarity and visual hierarchy to the workflow, making it easy for users to navigate and complete tasks quickly. The result is a unified design system that integrates core business functions into one streamlined process, reducing admin time and improving user satisfaction.
A more intuitive workflow that saves time, improves clarity, and enhances the professional experience for Admiin users.
The new design helps freelancers and accountants issue invoices and collect signatures faster, with fewer steps and better visibility. By aligning the user experience with real-world admin needs, Admiin now offers a more complete and competitive solution in the small business space.
