OVERVIEW
tRetail Labs set out to launch nrtureAI, a review analytics product helping retail and hospitality businesses understand and manage what their customers are saying. At its core is Elara, an AI intelligence layer that turns reviews into insight and action.
With a working prototype in hand and major clients on the horizon, tRetail Labs needed a product ready to impress. Their brief was to set a strong product design foundation: a design system, a refined prototype and a clear path from prototype to production.

WHAT WE DID
In just 4 weeks, we gave tRetail Labs a complete product design foundation for nrtureAI. We began with a UX audit of the initial platform, then ran client interviews and discovery sessions to understand how retail and hospitality teams manage reviews today. Those insights shaped clear product priorities and showed exactly where Elara could add the most value.
From there, we uplifted the nrtureAI brand to match the ambition of the product and created a design system from the ground up, giving the team a consistent library of components and patterns to grow with. We brought the experience to life as an interactive prototype in Lovable, so tRetail Labs could see, test and demo the product early, then transitioned it into development-ready production for a smooth handover to engineering.
